Intellectual Property 2.1 Ownership The Software and all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, associated with the Software, are the sole and exclusive property of Hood Cheats or its licensors. 2.2 Feedback You may provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Software to Hood Cheats. Hood Cheats has the right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Software without any obligation to you. 3. Refund Policy 4.2 Chargeback Policy Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after successful payment will result in the immediate termination of your license key. You will be banned from our services and blacklisted permanently. Fraudulent chargebacks will be taken seriously. 5. Termination 5.1 Termination by You You may stop using the Software at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control. 5.2 Termination by Hood Cheats Hood Cheats reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. 6. Hood Cheats disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. 8.
